The Executive Engineer RWS&S Division, Koraput invites sealed Tenders on behalf of Governor of Orissa for the work detailed in the following table form the reputed firm having valid HT Electrical Contractor license or any of its employee having valid HT Electrical Contractor license issued by ELBO for electrification Govt. of Odisha.The bidders may submit bids for any or all of the following works tobe eventually drawn up in F₂ Agreement Form.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The project work should be executed as per the Approved estimate and guide lines of

SOUTH Co.

The bidding documents are to be properly sealed and clearly superscripted with the name of work for which rates are being quoted for.
The tenderer quoting rates for more than one work is required to submit the bid documents separately i.e one envelope for each work with individual E.M.D.
The tender shall be accompanied by EMD for the amount as mentioned against each work in the above table in shape of NSC / Postal saving pass books / Five years Term Deposit receipt fom any nationalized Bank/ Five Years Post Office term Deposit Account/Kisaan Vikash Patra (Minimum two & half years old) duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer, R.W.S & S Division, Koraput. The tenders with part EMD / without EMD / unpledged EMD is liable for rejection.
The Engineering Graduates / Diploma holders having contractor license & participating in the tender without EMD must be present at the date, time & venue of opening of tender, with their original valid registration certificates, for their claim for exemption of E.M.D or else the said tender will be rejected at the spot.
Conditional tenders shall be out rightly rejected.
Tenderers bidding for an amount of less than the estimated cost by more than 10% will have to deposit the differential cost of balance (90% of estimated cost) in favour of the Executive Engineer, R.W.S & S Division, Koraput.,before drawl of agreement.
Attested copies of valid VATCC, Pan card and valid Contractor license, Labour contract licence shall be furnished along with the tender.
The tenderer has to sign on each page of bid document with seal . Cutting /Overwriting/ Correction if any should be initialed by the tenderer.
Validity of the Tender should be for 90 days from the date of opening of tender.
The DTCN for the above work will be sold in the office of the Executive Engineer, R.W.S & S Division,Koraput & Assistant Engineer,RWS&S.Sub-Divn. Koraput / Jeypore / Laxmipur during the office hours (10.00 AM to 5.00 PM) on working days up to 27.01.2010 on payment of cost of bill of quantity (non-refundable) as mentioned above by cash only on production of valid and original contractor’s license.
The Tenders will be received in office of the Executive Engineer, R.W.S & S Division, Koraput as well as in the office of Asst.Engineer,RWS&S.Sub- division.Koraput/Jeypore/ Laxmipur up to 3.00 PM on 28.01.2010 by person or through speed post / registered post and the same will be opened on 29.01.2010 at.4.00 PM in the O/O. the Executive Engineer,RWS&S.Division.Koraput presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives who ever may be present. Tender received after due date and time shall not be entertained and the authority shall not be held responsible for delay or missing of the tender during postal transit. Telegraphic tender or tenders by E-mail / fax shall not be entertained. If the office happens to be closed on date of receipt and opening of this tender specified, the tender will be received & opened on the next working days at the same time & venue.

The tender paper if required by Mail will be dispatched by registered post on payment of an extra Rs.100.00 (Rupees One hundred) only (Non-refundable) towards registration charges. The undersigned will not be held responsible for the Postal delay if any for the delivery of the documents or non-receipt of the same in time. Tenderers who will submit their tender in the tender schedule down loaded from website are required to submit the cost of the tender documents i.e. 10,000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) + 4% VAT per set non-refundable in shape of D.D. drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer, R.W.S.&S Division, Koraput at Koraput in a separate cover and marked as “Cost of Bidding documents down loaded from Internet” along with the documents. Deptt. will not be held responsible for any in completed down load from the website. The down loading facilities will be available up to the last date and time of sale of tender paper. However no Tender will be received by FAX or By E-Mail.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof .
